This tranquil park is situated at the
finish line of the Royal Canadian Henley Rowing Course. Several
sculptures and monuments pay tribute to the sport of rowing
and the place it holds in Port Dalhousie’s heritage. A Peace Garden, situated at the south end of the site, was
donated by Hiroshima citizen volunteers and Project Ploughshares
Niagara. The garden and monument encourages those who view
it to carry the message "May Peace Prevail on Earth".
